Transformation of a historical building: The SIM’s Division 3 Prevention Office and Fire Station 35

Ville de Montréal

Built in 1928, this historical building was originally a police station (North sector) and a fire station (South sector). As part of this transformation mandate and in collaboration with Réal Paul Architecte, AXOR Experts-Conseils oversaw the civil and electromechanical engineering. The result: the North sector is now dedicated to Fire Station 35 and the South sector houses SIM’s Division 3 Prevention Office.
