Bois-Franc residential development

Bombardier Real Estate Services

Bois-Franc is an innovative urban project built on the site of the former Cartierville Airport in the heart of Montreal’s Saint-Laurent borough. Bounded by Henri-Bourassa, Thimens, Marcel Laurin, and Cavendish boulevards, the vast 200-hectare development is the site of homes, shops, and services, as well as a number of green spaces and waterways that occupy 17% of the land.
